Kick / Thai Boxing

KickTactics Thai classes offer a loaded work rate, increased fat burning as well as a fun class that will help you tone your upper AND lower body while mastering an effective martial art.

Thai Boxing uses punches, kicks, knees and elbows. The use of the bigger leg muscles combined with the use of the hands and elbows makes this class a complete body work out. Perfect for increasing your flexibility, fitness and confidence!

Authentic Thai Boxing classes are a great way to get fit, lose weight, gain better co-ordination and learn effective SELF DEFENCE. But be warned… don’t expect pre choreographed, unrealistic moves. We teach informative sessions from complete beginner to experienced Thai boxers in a welcoming yet professional environment.

Tactical Class

Tactical class is a intermediate class using basic to advanced combinations and drills in an controlled one on one situation.

Drills are performed on each other at a medium controlled pace. The class is a highly informative class designed for some one who wants to take the next step and do light drill work with partners. Full protective equipment is required Instructor approval needed.

Advanced Class

The advanced classes are by invitation only.

This class is ring fighting style training, using hard bag training, hard advanced pad work, grappling work and controlled sparring. The advanced class is designed for people who want to train for competition or people who want to train in a hard intense session. Full protective equipment is required.
