Boxing Training and Fitness

Box yourself to improved health and fitness with our high-intensity, low-impact workouts. A KickTactics boxing class is NOT "boxercise" and it’s non-contact - The only contact will be your gloves hitting the pads! Boxing will increase your fitness & co-ordination and is proven to burn fat faster than most exercise.

We aim to teach you the correct boxing techniques while still making sure you are having fun without being “knocked out”. The instructors at KickTactics are skilled up and qualified to give you an authentic boxing session.

Whether you have never boxed before or you are a seasoned boxer…the classes will most definitely give you a vigorous work out to suit your fitness level.

Tactical Class

Tactical class is a intermediate class using basic to advanced combinations and drills in an controlled one on one situation.

Drills are performed on each other at a medium controlled pace. The class is a highly informative class designed for some one who wants to take the next step and do light drill work with partners. Full protective equipment is required Instructor approval needed.

Graded students only

Advanced Class

The advanced classes are by invitation only.

This class is ring fighting style training, using hard bag training, hard advanced pad work, grappling work and controlled sparring. The advanced class is designed for people who want to train for competition or people who want to train in a hard intense session. Full protective equipment is required.
