Want to get fit and lose weight in as little time as possible?

Want to be pushed passed your comfort zone?

If so then boot camp is for you!

You will be pushed to your limit with fun military style exercises that will make you fitter and stronger in as little time as possible.

Fitness assessments will be held each month to allocate recruits in to sections of similar fitness and for them to be able to measure their personal improvements. You will work together as a team and help push each other to new levels of fitness. You will become faster, fitter, stronger and notice positive changes to your body shape. Your metabolism will increase and you will burn fat faster. You will feel vitalized and craving for more!

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6am – 7am
Tuesday and Thursday: 6:15 pm – 7:15 pm
Saturday: 8am – 9am
